It’s just that: Garlic & Honey. Sounds odd, but, don’t knock it ’till ya try it! Like to cook? Brush on shrimp, salmon, fish, ribs, chicken, chicken wings & either grill or bake. Toss in a stir fry with some veggies, scallops & soy sauce, drizzle over white potatoes & bake, brussel sprouts, green beans, excellent with some ricotta cheese tossed in pasta. In fact, it’s great with cheese in general – I love to add it to a meat & cheese plate, I’ll dip cold cuts right in my jar. In fact, you can eve drizzle it on pizza… we kid you not!
Rumor has it that it also aids when you have a cold – but, we just like to cook with it! You let us know!
